Happy Easter

Well the Easter bunny has come and gone leaving masses of sugar in his wake! Really I think that we have more sweets in our house now than we do all year combined. But all in all we had a blast. Henry Loved Loved Loved doing an egg hunt (or 4)

Really I haven't seen him this excited since Christmas.  I don't think he stopped smiling all morning.

Thomas had a good time also. His whole goal was to get Henrys basket!

Here he goes in for the kill, waiting for just the right moment when Henry was distracted!


And he got it. He only had about 30 seconds of fun before Henry noticed but it was a great 30 seconds for him!

Of corse not only did the candy Easter Bunny come for a visit but the Sicko Easter Bunny came as well. After church Henry got really tired and when we got home at like 10:45am he just went to his room laid down on the floor and went to sleep.  Who knows maybe it was the mass amounts of sugar he had consumed over the weekend, the lack of sleep from being so busy, or a bit of a cold (or some nasty combo of the 3). He woke up when Grandma and Grandpa came over for a few minutes with a fever. Than he just laid in the front room the rest of the day. Poor boy. But he is all better now. So who knows.
